To get involved with Immunotec there is an upfront cost of $29.95US/$39.95CA to become a distributor and to be able to make retail sales and earn retail commissions. If you want to be able to earn on any of your downline sales affiliates and make a profit from their sales, then there is a requirement that you purchase a package that includes a total of 400bv. The total cost is $120-$170 (depending on which products you purchase or sell) + freight and any applicable taxes. In order to continue to receive commissions and bonuses you must keep a 400bv personal sales volume for each month you are going to earn commission and bonus.

Compensation

There are two fundamental ways in which a person can earn compensation:

1. Through retail markups on sales of products purchased at wholesale prices; and

2. Through commissions (sometimes called bonuses) paid on one's product sales and the sales of other people in one's sales network.

As with any other sales opportunity, the compensation earned by people varies significantly. The cost to get involved in the business is very low or you can make 400bv worth of sales that you can order directly through the company and have shipped directly to your customer. People get involved for various reasons. Many people get involved simply to enjoy the Company's products at wholesale prices. Some join the business to improve their skills or to experience the management of their own business. Others get involved, but for various reasons never purchase products from the Company and/or ever put in any effort whatsoever. Consequently, many distributors never qualify to receive commissions.

Generating meaningful compensation requires considerable time, effort, and commitment. This is not a get rich quickly program. There are no guarantees of financial success.

Retail Markups

Distributors can buy Immunotec’s products from the Company at wholesale prices for resale to customers or for personal consumption. Distributors receive a discount off of the suggested retail price on all product purchases. The suggested retail markup is at least 50% on most of its products. However, people are free to set their own selling price and may personally consume some of the products they purchase. As a result, the Company currently neither provides an estimate of average income from retail sales and customer acquisition.

Commissions

Individuals can also earn commissions based on the sale of products by a person on his/her team of people in all markets where the Company does business. The Company also sells promotional materials that generally do not generate commissions to distributors.
